Pictures have always been and will always be my passion – film, video and stills photography. In the last 30 years I have been lucky to travel the world, meet the most amazing people, and animals, from Attenborough to the apes! I have sailed round the world in a Viking ship, flown with the RAF search and rescue helicopters for a year, shot stunning scenery in places from the Falkland Islands to previously unseen Egyptian tombs. Worked in larger than life locations, some ideal for filming, some not so much – BUT always a challenge and always inspiring.

Natural or created – they excite and enthuse me every day, giving energy to every assignment. It's all about bringing the moment to life - from the perfect picture of a plate of pasta to the fussy film star interview to the short films and documentaries that punctuate my career.

Stills photography is a passion. Lighting and creative compositionagain the key - with an eye for the moment. From the wedding pictures that sum up the perfect day, and the people behind the event, to the challenges and creativity of capturing the finest of foods and the most ravishing of recipes. I love nothing more than capturing the essence of a company, its people and its places in a way that shouts 'this is who we really are' not 'this is who we should be'.
My latest projects? ‘Let’s talk about Sex’ is a short film for the charity ‘Unchosen’ directed by Li-Da Kruger – we won best film. Fabulous!
"Hole In The Wall"made with Chiarra Messineo, has been shortlisted in a New York film fesival.
It was made for the young atalented international Hairdresser Lukino Mantovani.
Vanessa Redgrave and her son Carlo continue to tolerate me and inspire me with their passionate charity work - creative and dynamic they demand and produce the very best. Next project - Vanessa Emma Thompson and Ralph Fiennes - lucky me!

I must admit I was a very reluctant wedding Photographer at first.A job snob!if you willbut I agreed to help out at a few friends weddings and started to get a real Buzz and feel for them. Firstly from a reportage style of photohraphy, both at the wedding and reception - capturing moments and emotions - and then from the creative use of light and lighting that creates the perfect images of the Bride, Groom, family and friends on that Special Day.No matter the weather or upsets I know how to make that happen.My many years experience lighting and shooting, for most of the major international Tv broadcasters, gives me the skillls to capture those wonderful moments at their very best.I am contantly chuffed when I see how happy my pictures have made the couples.
